How does ordering with a QR code work?

Every modern smartphone now includes a built-in QR code scanner. Here’s how QR-code ordering works.

Add QR codes in seconds

A QR code can be the perfect replacement for your traditional menu.

In your dashboard under Settings → Digital Menu, you can add a QR code for each table.

Then simply print beautiful Unipage QR codes so your guests can easily place table orders.

Using an iPhone:

Scan the QR code with the Camera app and tap the notification that appears.

Using an Android device:

Scan the QR code with Google Lens, after which the digital menu will open.

The customer sees the digital menu

After scanning the QR code, the customer is redirected to a special URL where your digital menu appears. From this menu, they can place their order with ease.

The order can be confirmed without any staff involvement (and optionally paid online). Once confirmed, the order will appear inside your Unipage application.

With a single tap, you can view the order details. Optionally, tickets can also be printed through the app.
